Ever since I started self exploration, I found out can get rid of everything I want. I had to detach myself from any kind of attachments. Besides, at this stage of life, nothing is so important in my life. I have tested it with Money, woman, even craving for sex or physical attachment as well. In fact, the way I left my urge for smoking cigarettes, I felt really bad for cigarettes. That was the most addictive thing I had ever had and long lasted for around 12-13 years. I gave up cigarettes, with just one saying. And that is, I never smoke. Not just smoking, I also broke the habit of drinking coffee, and alcohol.

After reaching 30, I found out, I have to be healthy if I want to have a decent life. Therefore, saving energy is definitely a priority to me. So, just to save energy, I completely change myself, apart from just one thing, one luxury. And this luxury is my phone. I still use my phone for quite a long time every day. It’s a luxury that I can’t live without and costing me a lot of time. 😬

Well, not because it’s a true luxury, but because it does quite most of the thing for me, from connecting people to creating new habits. Almost everything is done by this luxury.

I don’t know if I am able leave this luxury. What about you? Ate you able to see yourself without smartphones? If not, why?
