If you had to get a tattoo right now, what would it be and why?

Hi everyone, good morning, I hope everyone is doing well. I am also fine. Today I am going to discuss about if I had a tattoo, what that would be and why. Let’s deep dive into it.

To be honest, tattoo is not my kind of thing perhaps due to spiritual beliefs. I think, the body is just an external part of me, where it is helping me to sense the world in a better way. Therefore, it is necessary to keep it pure and cleanly as possible. I would not say, I am the purest or cleanliest person in the world, just because I have a sense of puritanism. It is not like that. I also do completely the opposite of my puritan sense of self. Why do I do it? In order to feel whether I do get attached to it or not. And I have found out, I do not get attached to things.

However, let us come to the main point, tattooing, if I had a chance to do tattooing, I would definitely do this one. Honestly speaking, I have become a great of fan of Lord Shiva or Kal Bhairava.

Here are the reasons why I would do that,

1. It would remind me every time, my body and I are all connected to Lord Shiva or Kal Bhairava, and We do not need any external sources to connect to God. We became one through our connections.
2. Every time I would forget my path, my destiny, this tattoo would remind me of my path, my destiny. It would help me to have a sense of my belonging and my entity.
3. Tattoos look really cool. Although it is harmful for the body, I must admit, it is very painful and harmful for the body, I would do that to look cool. Honestly speaking, I sometimes feel jealous of the ones who does it.
4. In Hinduism, it is said that when someone is not a yogi, he or she needs to be constantly reminded of his deity, therefore, we have a practice of Idol worshipping so that it reminded us of our deities. In this sense, the tattoo would work as such. It would remind me of my deity.
5. I have recently grown interest in tantra. and I have started reading a book on it. To be a tantrik, it is necessary that you, yourself remind you that you need to get connected to Bhairava. I think the tattoo would be helpful this way.
